Phenomenal Customer Service
On Sunday evening I realized that my pipes were frozen despite taking all of the recommended precautions. After staying up all night trying to find the source of the problem, I called Quick Action Plumbers at 6am. The owner of the company answered the phone and all of my questions. He relayed to me that a service call for frozen pipes is a waste of my money until the pipes are thawed. He was completely honest. I have been in contact with him all week and he has been offering suggestions of things that I may try to speed up the thawing process and to prevent any further damage. Today, Wednesday, he came by just to check and make sure the pipes truly were frozen and it is the main underground line that is frozen. Dave and his company are truly one in a million. They truly understand the idea of great customer service, which seems to be a lost art. It makes me feel good to know that there are still businesses out there that truly care about the people they are servicing. You may be wondering what all these phone calls and service call has cost me and the answer is absolutely nothing. I know I can call Quick Action Plumbers at anytime day or night and they will be there to help me. They are honest and reliable.

They were quick.
Customer service was great and also the tech who fixed my water heater did a great job. I will be calling them again for my future needs!

Great Problem Solvers
I have an older home and my basement would flood regulary. A friend told me to call Quick Action Plumbers, the came and installed a sump pump in my basement. I have not had a flood problem since. The guys were great, thank you Quick Action Plumbers!!!

Best plumbing service in town
My tub was recently clogged. I called Quick Action Plumbers, they were extremly helpful and sent someone to fix it the same day. The plumber that was sent to my house was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Quick Action Plumbers to anyone with a pluming problem.

Quick and Affordable
Quick Action Plumbers is not only quick but also very affordable. They came out and replaced my water heater the same day I called. The technician was very polite and knew exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs.

Quick and Affordable
I called Quick Action Plumbers regarding a leak @ my toilet. They came out in a timely manner, gave me a price that was really affordable, and they repaired the leak. I was very pleased with the service that I received, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
